The netScope® Server is a web-based slide management system designed to handle Whole Slide Imaging Data in CZI format, including data from ZEISS Axio Scan.Z1, MRXS format, Aperio svs format, and Leica scn files. It can also open common image formats like .tiff, .tif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif. It offers features such as a virtual or hardware-driven file system, audit trail, file synchronization, and document template creation.
The netScope® Server has been developed for Whole Slide Imaging Data in CZI format. Aside Data from ZEISS Axio Scan.Z1 all kinds of CZI data can be displayed. ZEISS Customers, which still use older MIRAX Slides in the previous MRXS format, can display those slides in the viewer as well.
The Aperio svs format and Leica scn files are also supported.
Common image formats like .tiff .tif .jpeg .jpg .png .gif can be also opened.
It is a web based slide management with many features like a virtual (or hardware driven) file-system, audit-trail, synchronizing files, creating document templates to fill them for every slide.
You can view the slides with their shared annotations with netScope® Viewer or in any browser.
